THE PROCESS
 

The following process is only for those candidates that have already passed their CGFNS and the IELTS or TOEFL.

1. Submit your resume / bio-data by e-mail, postal mail.
2. Attend initial interview with one of our recruitment partners.
3. Nursing Jobs America then helps you with the qualification proces
4. We identify a job that meets with your experience and requirements.
5. We set up an interview between you and the employer.
6. We receive a decision from the employer.
7. We send you an employment contract for your signature. The attorney sends you INS forms for you to endorse.
8. You submit immigration forms and documentation to Nursing Jobs America. We forward them to the attorney for the processing of the I-140.
9. We will notify you progress of the paper work on a regular basis
10. You interview for the visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
11. Your immigrant visa ( or green card) is issued.
12. Notice is given to the hiring facility and an employment start date
is established.
13. Final Departure date to the United States is fixed.
14. NCLEX-RN Preparation started
15. Welcome to the USA.
16. Orientation program arranged by the the hiring facility.
17. Take the NCLEX-RN exam within 2 weeks of arriving in the U.S.
19. NCLEX-RN exam results available within 2-4 weeks.
20. Process will take 6-12 months depending on the many variables
