is needed because every contingency of the search process
cannot always be specified. Here are the terms for financial
compensation:
NJA serves on a CONTINGENCY basis to suit a employer's
specific need. A negotiated placement fee is paid by
the employer in 4 stages as follows:
- Employers will furnish NJA with a detailed job
description with an approved contract and a refundable
deposit of $1000.00 per candidate to start the process.
- Once our nurse has signed an employment agreement
with you, an immigration and examination processing
fee of one third of the agreed fee is due.
- A further one third of the agreed fee is then due
once the nurse has passed the NCLEX.
- The balance minus the deposit is payable once the
nurse commences work at your establishment.
The employer must be prepared to provide full time,
permanent employment to the nurses recruited for their
organization.
The Employer must be able to pay the nurse's salary
and must show a real intent to undertake the employment
relationship in writing. The Employer will file all
the paperwork required using their attorneys to process
the immigration. The Employer will pay for all the travel
to the US for the applicant and any temporary housing
required. The Employer to pay for any
money advanced to candidates for the NCLEX exam as well
as any other related expenses.
All communication regarding a candidate is confidential,
intended solely for the potential employer, and may
not be divulged to any other party.
Client understands and agrees that notwithstanding
the fact that a prospective candidate may have previously
submitted his resume or may have been heard of, the
client will pay the agreed-upon fee upon the selection
of said candidate for employment with the establishment.
In the event that NJA is required to collect unpaid
fees, including all related costs, venue is in Orange
County, Florida.
Recruitment assignments accepted by NJA are subject
to the terms and conditions set forth above.
