The Process

Our mission of is to provide experienced, quality and registered nurses as staff nurses to hospitals and health care employers throughout the United States. We provide nurses for all clinical settings. Due to the English language requirements, we recruit only experienced nurses who are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English. We are an American company working closely with our associates in the Philippines and in India, we focus on meeting the critical needs of U.S. Hospitals for experienced qualified Registered Nurses through the emigration of such nurses from the Philippines and India to America. The nurse arrives in the U.S. with an American Nursing license and ready to begin work.

We can also assist the foreign educated nurse located in the USA and seeking the Adjustment of Status. In addition, Nursing Jobs America will match the foreign educated nurse with an appropriate U.S. employer. We provide a wide range of programs and services to international nurses.

We have partnered with a reputable and experienced recruitment company duly recognized and licensed by POEA in the Philippines. They are our staffing partner and will help source the nurses with the experience and qualifications that your establishment is in dire need of.

Special affiliations with the leading Philippine Schools of Nursing and their Alumni Associations as well as the pre-eminent professional nursing organizations allow us to identify and select the most qualified and motivated nurses for our client hospitals.

We will assist your Immigration Attorneys with any information they need so you do not have to be involved in the process; it allows your human resource departments and nurse recruiters to focus on domestic searches while we handle all aspects of your international recruitment. In addition, there is no need for any of your staff to travel to the Philippines or other places to find qualified nurses.

Our nurses will typically be from the Philippines and India. They have been selected after participating in at least three personal interviews, two written screening exams, and a physical examination. Virtually all our applicants are graduates from one of the top 30 schools of nursing (there are 185 nursing schools in the Philippines) and will have at least one year of current hospital experience. All nurses arriving in the U.S. will have passed three English exams demonstrating competency in written, spoken and English comprehension, the CGFNS (Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools) as required, the NCLEX.
